Actually, it has only been 5 days since the last time I drunk coffee. For simplicity, let us consider it as a week 🙂
I do not know why exactly I decided to stop drinking coffee. Maybe, deep, in my roots, I wanted to prove something to myself. I just wanted to say; “Hey! You Forgot That You Can!”. Lately, I decided many and many decisions, a lot of decisions to the level of interfering with each other. No one of them lasted for more than three days.
Back to coffee, for the past 6 months, I drank a 5 years amount of coffee. Main reason is back to my new job (first job ever). In my workplace, they provide us with unlimited amount of Coffee and Tea. I believe that my normal work day, which by the way is not normal ( we work from 8 am to 7 pm), consists of drinking 3 Cups of Turkish Coffee, 1 Cup of Cappuccino , 1 Cup of Red Tea, 1 Cup of Green Tea. You see, Its a huge amount of caffeine.
The first two days, I had severe headache. After that, nothing abnormal happens. I feel that I do not need coffee to focus nor to enjoy. Now, it is a game of saying no to our Tea Boys, to whom I gift this post:

Yeah, I forgot to say what I drink instead of coffee:
– Cold Water
– Normal Water
– Boiled Water
– Green Tea with Ment (1 Cup a day)
– Boiled Genger
